About us 

Struggling to know what or how much to eat? Going to the gym and not knowing why you aren’t seeing the results you are looking for? We all know that fitness, nutrition, and health can be confusing and overwhelming. Everyone these days seems to have a different opinion on what is best.

I know I spent years being confused on what was best, or feeling like I should be doing something else due to a new fad diet / exercise program that came out. At the end of the day you have to find what is best for YOU and YOUR lifestyle. At Outcast Athletics we are here to help bring clarity, and guidance on what will work for your specific needs and goals.

We are currently based in Suwannee, GA just outside of Atlanta, GA. We are now offering BOTH in person and remote coaching options.

Nutrition Coaching

Monthly Nutrition guide, coaching, & weekly check-ins: $125/month

Nutrition is the starting point for our health and lifestyle goals. Taking control of what we are putting into our bodies is vital to our overall care.

Included:

  • 1on1 coaching

  • Initial consult to discuss overall goals and your specific needs

  • Weekly check-ins and tracking apps

  • Biweekly calls to discuss goals and progress

  • Access to Outcast Athletics Client Resources

90 Day Reset - Specialty Program

One time $300

Our 90 Day reset is the best way to kick start your nutrition and fitness goals.

This program helps to push you into new lifestyle choices & fitness goals, all while giving you personalized coaching around specific needs.

90 Day reset includes custom nutrition planning, workout options, and weekly steps towards our goals.

1 on 1 Personal Training -

Personal 1 on 1 single session: $60

Personal 1 on 1 session 3-pack: $150

Looking for a way to improve your Olympic lifts or a specific skill? These sessions will be customized to your specific needs.

Looking for more than a personal training session? Ask for programming options and prices.

*Athletes Local to Suwanee GA can ask for in person sessions.
